Why on earth should MCA, MIC and the rest join Pakatan Rapuh (PR), a pyramid shceme being promoted by Anwar. BN is a proven and tested power sharing formula, with UMNO as the leader. PR will crumble anytime soon. They are just sleeping on the same bed but their dreams ared definitely different. The only thing that unite them is the craze for power..that's all. It's an organisation without head ans tails. Just run this scenario..if say, Anwar suddenly got heart attack and die today, who will take over ? Lim Kit Siang..? There will be riot in Kg Baru...Hadi Awang ? There will be riot in Cheras...Raja Petra ?..There will be riot in Club Cabana...Ha HaHa..
See, this PR is a non-starter for me..the solution for Malaysia is still BN with UMNO as its leader. But unfortunately, we have a very incompetent PM who rely too much on others to make decisions that eventually made BN lost...Once he step down, UMNO and BN will be strong again..and by then PR would have been history...It's a proven recipe for failures..Already happened before...Onn Jaafar tried it with Parti Negara..Ku Li tried it with Semangat 46..Anwar tried before with BA..all ended up in ashes..and UMNO/BN remained as strong as ever..
Say whatever you want to say Raja, but the fact remains that politic in Malaysia has been racial, is racial and will be always racial...A Malay will never trust a Chinese to protect his rights and vice versa..If Chinese are so keen on Malaysian Malaysia..How about closing down all Chinese school, Chinese newspaper, Chinese Univ, let everyone speak only Malay or English and have one common culture..Itu baru Bangsa Malaysia...More than three quarter of Chinese cannot even speak Malay properly..how to be Bangsa Malaysia ?...Karpal.LKS all want Bangsa Malaysia..cakap Melayu pun tak pandai..You think Malay will believe you ??? Cannot speak proper malay doesnt mean he cant speak malay... being bangsa malaysia since it is malaysia, u shud be able to converse in the malaysian language and not the malay language.. the constitution that constitutes malay being the official language is because it was human made like folks from UMNO/BN...

Thanks for all the comments, however I would like to aks all of you how we can achieve Malaysian Malaysia if There are still Chinese and Indian vernacular school. That kills the concept of Malaysian Malaysia, hinder the unity of Malaysian. Why all this separation from little age. Why can't everyone go to one national school, speak one common language and have one common idealism..I want to ask ehis question..is DAP/PKR/PAS willing to close down Chinese school ? If not, then you are just a bunch of talking cock hypocrites..

Chinese and English are not Malaysian official language and there is no obligation for Malay to learn and sepak it..The offical is Malay language, stupid!
And the Malay also has told their leaders that they do not like them, but he still want to remain as the PM at wahtever cost..that's the real problem, not Mahathir or Anwar..

I have one thing to say to all those who condemn this country and the government that runs it... leave Malaysia and live somewhere else if you feel that this country has been unfair to you !
I wonder when Anwar will start bringing up the issue of Chinese and Indian schools. I bet he won't because his popularity will spiral downwards if he talks on this issue. If you really want a Bangsa Malaysia, show it by having only one type of school and that is the SK and SMK. Do it and I will believe in Bangsa Malaysia.

First of all, where got chinese university in malaysia? Private universities in english medium got lah.
Secondly, if the government is ready to remove all quotas for malays into public universities, we will be ready for such culture. Can the government do that?
Thirdly, we cannot speak good malay is driven by pressure of the government on other races towards the path of private varsities. Due to the low standards of malay schools, and quotas into public universities, other races are forced onto such a path it has less and less bahasa melayu. You cannot put the blame on chinese. What we have now is a result of 50 years Umno's administration.
Last but not least, it is your right to hate chinese, but it's bloody racist to stir such hate onto others.
